HX5 is currently seeking a Senior Program Manager to support Air Force Life Cycle Management Center Electronic Warfare (EW) Foreign Military Sales (FMS) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia. This position will be temporary, subject to Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA) of a current employee's return rights.                 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Using strong a knowledge of DoD systems acquisition, program management principles, and FMS/USAF procurement activities, independently perform all duties related to program management, including post-award tasks and life-cycle management
• Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis, formulate strategic plans, develop and maintain acquisition reports, and conduct program status briefings
• Support program actions such as meeting coordination, milestone tracking, briefing preparation, and the development of risk management strategies, including preparing documentation for acquisition decision processes.
• Develop directorate-level portfolio metrics, support programmatic events, finalize correspondence, and manage data repositories
• Using proficiency in Microsoft applications and SharePoint management, support program operations and data analysis across various administrative domains, focusing on strategic communications. 
• Perform financial reviews including producing funding documents and analysis.

Education and Experience:

Must have the following education and experience:

• Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD
• OR, bachelor’s degree in a related field and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
• OR, fifteen (15) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD. 

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time in office position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.  

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire. 
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
