HX5 is currently seeking an HR Administrative Support Senior to support the HN Division at Hanscom Air Force Base in Bedford, MA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Shall have knowledge of the AF Civilian and Military personnel systems.
• Must be able to effectively communicate orally and in writing and provide management documentation (briefings, documents, etc.) as needed to administratively support Human Resource activities.
• Shall be able to research and assess issues and develop and support management as needed by the organization concerning Human Resources.
• Shall support senior level meetings/reviews and various briefings and schedules to Senior Management.
  
  

Salary: This position is expected to pay $68,344-$96,798 annually; depending on experience, education, and any certifications that are directly related to the position.

Education and Experience:

Must have the following education and experience:

• GED and at least five (5) years of experience in the respective professional being performed, (5) of which must be in the DoD
  
  

Preferences:

Experience with the following:

• Training management
• Military personnel management
• Military front office experience
  
  

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time on-site position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel.
