HX5 is currently seeking a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Logistician to support the Mobility Directorate Office at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate FMS logistics elements, including but not limited to spares, SE, training, facilities, technical data, and provisioning
• Participate in site surveys, and program reviews
• Assist analysis of DMSMS issues and recommend suitable replacements
• Assist with generation and review of logistics support documentation including: ILSP, LCSP, TO, technical manuals, illustrated parts breakdowns, and work specifications
• Participate in ILS management team meetings, program management reviews, and other related meetings
• Monitor, review, analyze and coordinate security activities to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations
• Assist with material solution analysis leading up to design reviews
• Assist development of documentation and presentation materials based on cost, schedule and performance
• Assist organizations with issues such as:
• technical evaluation and identification of weapon systems logistics requirements and resources;
• implementation of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans;
• systems acquisition requirements analysis;
• budgetary or financial analysis and control; lifecycle cost analysis and control;
• AIS hardware and software standardization and compatibility
• Demonstrate knowledge of Lines of Accounting (LOA) and codes within the LOA FMS budget development, tracking and deliverables
  
  

Education and Experience:

Must have the following education and experience:

• Master’s Degree and twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
• Or Bachelors Degree and fifteen (15) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
• Or twenty (20) years of directly related experience, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
  
  

Other Position Requirements:

• Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
• Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
• Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
• Must be able to travel, including air travel
