HX5 is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Electronic Warfare Division (AFLCMC/HBY) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.

HX5 is currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to support the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center’s Electronic Warfare Division (AFLCMC/HBY) at Robins AFB in Warner Robins, Georgia.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Support operation management including personnel in- and out-processing, calendar management, organizational chart updates, supply program assistance and FOIA and Privacy Act requests
- Coordinate meeting and event planning including room reservations, attendee coordination, and DV parking arrangements.
- Manage and maintain Directorate schedules and calendars
- Assist in creating, editing, and storing program-related documents, plans, reports, briefings and other presentations
- Provide support for briefings and reports including preparing visual aids, managing files, and assisting during presentations
- Aid in maintaining Operating Instructions, developing self-inspection checklists, tracking deficiencies, and supporting compliance and readiness inspections
- Manage electronic records, utilizing AFRIMS and Air Force Electronic Records Management rules
- Support suspense tracking by providing weekly updates, ensuring task completion and reporting via suspense tracking systems and tools
Must have one of the following education and experience:
- GED and at least five (5) years of experience in the respective profession being performed, (5) of which must be in the DoD.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week and offers a flexible work schedule Monday through Friday during core business hours.
Other Position Requirements:
- Proof of U.S. Citizenship or US Permanent Residency is a requirement for this position.
- Must be able to complete a U.S. government background investigation.
- Must be able to obtain a Secret clearance by date of hire.
