Position Title: Bar Manager
Status: Non-Exempt/Hourly
Compensation: With tips, $20-25/hour
Availability: Flexible. Primarily nights and weekends.

About Position:
The Bar Manager manages the business aspects of the bar, such as keeping a current liquor license, negotiating supplier contracts, taking inventory, reordering supplies, managing budgets, and setting goals. The Bar Manager is responsible for creating monthly and seasonal creative cocktails both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, and collaborating with distributors to source new products that align with Everly's concept.

Job Requirements:
- A thorough knowledge of mixology, wines, liquor and cocktails is required.
- Ability to utilize restaurant POS software
- Great attitude and positive outlook
- Strong customer service
- Ability to stand for a long time and move quickly
- Excellent oral communication skills required
- Relevant training or certificate
- Experience with full bar service including wine, beer and crafted cocktails
- High School diploma/GED
- 2 years’ working as a bartender
- Management skills are preferred
