Sales Support – Mid-Atlantic
Sales Support is a critical function within the Sales team, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service. We seek a proactive, detail-oriented individual who excels at problem-solving and collaboration. This role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while supporting both internal teams and external partners.
Education & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and analytical skills
- Team-oriented with a focus on sales support
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support
- Develop sell sheets and sales reports
- Prepare presentations, business reviews, and seasonal materials
- Maintain client information in SharePoint
- Coordinate sample orders
- Assist with price adjustments, vendor setup, and related documentation
- Track requests for volume, forecasting, promotions, and resets
- Maintain customer contact lists and policy information
Manufacturer Support
- Manage planning, forecasting, and promotional activities in client portals
- Handle deduction management and backup documentation
- Process rebates and invoice payments
- Collect shipment and sales data
- Oversee fund management
- Communicate item updates
Customer Support (Wholesalers/Retailers)
- Manage new item setup and promotional entries in customer portals
- Compile promotional activity reports
- Support trade shows with planning, deal sheets, booth coordination, and sample logistics
HWY Partners Support
- Coordinate activities with the New England branch
- Maintain manufacturer lists and partner profiles
Reporting: Sales Support Coordinator reports to the Director of Administration
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000 a year
