**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and cook menu items in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Operate grill and cooking stations, maintaining high levels of safety and cleanliness.
- Ensure ingredients and final products are fresh and ready for service.
- Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to manage food orders efficiently.
- Maintain a clean work station and help with kitchen clean-up at the end of each shift.
- Follow all food safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with guests or front-of-house staff.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a Grill Cook, Line Cook, or in a similar role is advantageous.
- Familiarity with food safety and handling guidelines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented with an eye for culinary presentation.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new cooking techniques and menu items.
- Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
