Starting pay is dependent on experience. All Servers begin as Trainees. We offer positions for servers for our lobby, Drive Thru team and we also have a new position, our Sweet Shop server. This person makes our in house made frozen custard and creates all our specialty Milkshakes, floats Sundaes etc.
After training is complete, Servers receive guaranteed pay increases as they advance in levels. Leadership roles begin at Level III and are readily available and we choose and promote all of our leadership internally.
