QC/QA Asst Mgr.

We are seeking a QC/QA Assistant Manager for a full-time, on-site role at our Greenville, AL facility. The Assistant Manager will oversee quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and client requirements. Key responsibilities include implementing quality management systems, conducting audits, analyzing data to improve processes, resolving quality-related issues, training team members, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and product quality.

• Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes, including monitoring and analyzing production processes to meet standards.
• Strong skills in conducting audits, inspecting materials, and identifying root causes of quality issues.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing processes, with familiarity in press, welding, painting, and assembly lines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills to manage cross-departmental collaboration and training efforts.
• Ability to work on-site in Greenville, AL, and effectively manage time and responsibilities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Relevant experience in quality management within the manufacturing or automotive industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field; certifications in quality assurance practices are a plus.
