We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Production Control Specialist for a full-time, on-site position based in Greenville, AL. In this role, you will coordinate production schedules, monitor inventory levels, ensure materials availability, and streamline workflow to meet production targets. Daily tasks include creating production plans, tracking supply chain processes, managing order deliveries, and collaborating with relevant teams to maintain efficient operations. You will ensure compliance with quality standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production performance.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills to manage production schedules, inventory, and material planning.
- Proficiency in supply chain coordination, logistics, and manufacturing processes.
- Experience with data entry, reporting, and working with production management software systems.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills to collaborate across teams and departments effectively.
- Ability to work on-site in Greenville, AL, and adapt to fast-paced production environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred; relevant experience will also be considered.
- Prior experience in production control or manufacturing is a plus.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analytics tools is desirable.
