Compliance Risk Consultant
Location: Iselin, NJ (Hybrid)
Department: Compliance Monitoring and Testing
Reports to: Director, Compliance Monitoring and Testing
What You’ll Be Doing
- Support reporting on the Compliance Testing Plan and communicate results effectively
- Conduct independent compliance testing reviews under Director oversight with high-quality standards
- Track and validate corrective action plans to ensure timely remediation of issues
- Collaborate across departments to build monitoring inventories and establish standards
- Recommend technology solutions to enhance testing reviews and monitoring processes
What You’ll Need
- Strong ability to write clear, concise, and professional testing reports
- Experience developing or implementing compliance monitoring and testing frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all organizational levels
- Analytical thinking with a strong control and risk management mindset
- Bachelor’s degree required; postgraduate degree or certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFE) preferred plus 5–7 years of compliance testing, monitoring, auditing, or risk management experience
