This is a mission-critical role focused on leading a global transformation centered around SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central Payroll (ECP).

Key Responsibilities: What You Will Lead
Transformation & SAP SuccessFactors Leadership
- Own the Global Roadmap: Define and drive the global payroll transformation, leveraging SAP SuccessFactors & Employee Central as the core technological foundation.
- System Mastery: Spearhead the end-to-end integration strategy between SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), Time, Benefits, and Finance modules.
- Optimization Expert: Drive process automation, workflow efficiency, and critical data integrity across the global payroll-HCM landscape.
Global Operations & Compliance Excellence
- Multi-Country Oversight: Guarantee the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of payroll for all global regions.
- Governance Champion: Implement robust global governance frameworks, audit controls, and compliance standards (including GDPR and local statutory requirements).
- KPI Driven: Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics to ensure the highest service quality and continuous operational improvement.
Strategic Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- Team Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a global payroll team spanning multiple regions and time zones.
- Vendor Strategy: Manage key relationships with SAP, third-party payroll providers, and system integrators, overseeing selection, contracts, and SLA adherence.
- Cross-Functional Partner: Serve as the strategic payroll liaison to senior leadership, Finance, HRIS, and IT for complex projects (e.g., M&A integration, international expansion).
Required Qualifications: The Profile We Need
- Experience: 10 years in Global Payroll leadership, with demonstrable success in leading large-scale payroll transformation or system migration programs.
- Technical Depth: Deep, hands-on knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors Employee Central, and Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is non-negotiable.
- Regulatory Expertise: Strong command of global payroll regulations, statutory compliance, and data privacy requirements.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management capabilities in a complex, matrixed organization.
Preferred Skills (A Strong Plus):
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CPP, PMP, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Experience with shared service models and centralized global governance.
- Familiarity with SAP integration tools (e.g., CPI, BIB) and agile methodologies.
This contract position will be expected to go for 6 to 12 months
