Manufacturing Assembler
New Castle, DE | Full-Time
We're looking for a skilled Manufacturing Assembler with hands-on soldering experience to join a growing manufacturing team. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable working with small components, and take pride in producing quality work, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do
- Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical components
- Perform hand soldering of through-hole and surface-mount (SMT) components
- Read and follow drawings, work instructions, and bills of materials (BOMs)
- Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality
- Perform basic functional testing and document results
- Identify and report quality or material issues
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
What We're Looking For
- 1–3 years of manufacturing or assembly experience
- Hands-on soldering experience required
- Through-hole and/or SMT soldering experience
- Ability to read assembly drawings, schematics, and work instructions
- Experience in electronics, medical device, biotech, life sciences, or another regulated manufacturing environment preferred
- IPC-A-610 knowledge or certification is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and quality
