We are seeking a detail-oriented Masker to support aerospace manufacturing and finishing operations. This role is responsible for preparing parts by applying and removing masking materials to protect surfaces during processes such as painting, coating, and blasting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Apply tape, plugs, caps, and other masking materials to aerospace components according to specifications
- Read and interpret work instructions, blueprints, and masking diagrams
- Inspect parts before and after masking to ensure quality standards are met
- Safely remove masking materials without damaging finished surfaces
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety and quality procedures
Qualifications:
- High attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Prior manufacturing or aerospace experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and handle small components
Work Environment:
This position operates in a manufacturing setting and may require the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
