Microscope Inspector – Medical Manufacturing (Day & Night Shifts)

Location: New Britain, CT
Shifts: 12-hour | 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 3 days off
Pay: $18.20/hr (Day) | $20.93/hr (Night)

What You’ll Do:

• Inspect medical components under a microscope

• Identify and document defects or irregularities

• Follow cleanroom and strict quality procedures

• Maintain accurate inspection records

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong attention to detail & manual dexterity

• Ability to sit or stand for 12-hour shifts

• Dependable, punctual, team-oriented
