We’re seeking detail-oriented, customer-focused temps to support the rollout of a new banking platform. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance, help with platform setup activities, and contribute to a smooth conversion process. This is a Hybrid role – onsite 3 days/week and will start with part time in December and switch to full time in January. Contract role until end of February.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers with questions, troubleshooting, and first-time login supportMonitor Browser issues, document trends, and escalate unresolved cases to Tier 2Support additional conversion tasks such as mRDC setup and retrieving positive pay exception imagesFollow provided scripts and training to guide customers through standard troubleshooting stepsAccurately record issues, anomalies, and customer feedback for review by the product teamDesired Skills:Intermediate computer skills; comfortable navigating Windows and Mac systemsPrior customer support experience and the ability to walk users through troubleshooting stepsStrong attention to detail with reliable reporting and documentation habits#INDTPGPortland#ZIPPSCompany DescriptionWe believe in building lasting relationships with candidates.
