Role Overview
HW Media is seeking a Product Marketing Manager for Altos to lead the next phase of growth for its SaaS platform. Initially reporting to the CEO, this person will own the full marketing strategy for Altos — from acquisition through conversion and retention.
The Product Marketing Manager will partner closely with product and marketing to drive user growth and optimize the journey from free to paid. This role is both strategic and hands-on, ideal for someone who can plan, execute, and analyze marketing efforts that directly move the business forward.

✅ Responsibilities
- Own the Altos marketing funnel, driving free-to-paid conversions and long-term user engagement.
- Master knowledge of key metrics CAC, LTV, ARPU, churn – and drive strategies that optimize spend and growth.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across email, social, and content distribution to increase adoption and retention.
- Manage lifecycle marketing — including onboarding, upsell, and churn-prevention flows.
- Collaborate with the product team on messaging, positioning, and go-to-market execution for new features.
- Develop and maintain marketing automation and CRM processes to optimize lead nurturing and campaign performance.
- Oversee the production and promotion of webinars, podcasts, and product demos that showcase Altos’ data and market insights.
- Design and build high-quality marketing materials –– We're nimble and execution oriented, and all team members are expected to fit this culture.
🎯 Qualifications
- Proven experience in SaaS product marketing, with a focus on driving user acquisition and conversion.
- Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and email lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform marketing decisions.
- Skilled in campaign execution and funnel optimization, not just high-level strategy.
- Excellent communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Appetite for experimenting with new tools and approaches to improve efficiency and creative output.
➕ Nice to Have
- B2B marketing experience.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Later, Riverside, and Screen Studio.
- Familiarity with the real estate or housing industry.
- Experience producing or promoting webinars, podcasts, or video content.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
