We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to provide excellent service by taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Key Responsibilities
Bar & Beverage Operations Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages during service, including periods without a dedicated bartender Demonstrate working knowledge of standard cocktails, beer, and wine service Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and age verification requirements Maintain par levels of bar inventory, including restocking during and after service Keep bar area clean, organized, and service-ready at all times
Market / Retail Responsibility Maintain full ownership of hotel market or grab-and-go retail area during shift Stock, rotate, and face products using FIFO standards Monitor product freshness, quality, and presentation Identify and communicate low inventory or stock discrepancies
Cleaning, Sanitation & Detail Standards Execute all opening, running, and closing side work to standard without supervision Maintain high-detail cleanliness across dining room, bar, service stations, and market Sanitize all high-touch surfaces in accordance with health department guidelines Ensure all glassware, flatware, and service tools meet presentation standards
Operational Support Perform food running, bussing, and table resets as required Support kitchen/expo communication to maintain service flow Handle takeout orders, phone inquiries, and guest requests Assist with room service operations, where applicable Adapt to shifting priorities and cover multiple functions simultaneously
Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods (6-8 hours per shift) Lift and carry up to 50 pounds (e.g., kegs, cases, bus tubs) Perform frequent bending, stooping, reaching, and repetitive motions Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
Education & Experience
