- Maintain strong knowledge of spa operations, treatments, packages, products, equipment, and property amenities.
- Prepare, clean, disinfect, and restock treatment rooms and equipment before and after each service.
- Greet guests, confirm services, obtain required medical releases, conduct consultations, and explain proper draping procedures.
- Perform spa treatments according to company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable regulations.
- Recommend and sell appropriate spa products based on guest needs and preferences.
- Deliver personalized guest service, including maintaining guest history records, providing directions, promoting property amenities, and resolving concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, professional, and welcoming environment for guests and employees.
- Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members, supervisors, managers, and other departments.
- Participate in meetings and training on new products, procedures, programs, events, and service improvements.
- Follow all company policies and service standards while maintaining confidentiality of guest, employee, and company information.
- Assist with additional departmental duties as assigned.

- Ability to comprehend and use basic language, either written or spoken, to communicate information and ideas.

Education and/or Experience
- Secondary school degree preferred and/or previous work experience in service for at least 1 year.
- Understanding of lifestyle hotel products and guest services.
- Must meet legal requirements for any required licensing.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
