Key Responsibilities
- You will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring guests have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Your daily tasks will include supervising front desk and night audit agents, managing guest reservations, and addressing guest concerns, responding to reviews/surveys, etc.
- You will report to the Front Office Manager.
- This position requires open availability and will include coverage of shifts.
- A career as a front office supervisor can lead to various management positions within the hotel industry, such as front office manager, director of rooms, or even hotel operations manager.
Previous hotel experience is required, previous Hilton experience is a plus! Applicants should have:
- A combination of education and experience
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
- Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
