We are seeking an experienced Chef & Food and Beverage Manager to lead all kitchen and F&B operations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all kitchen, bar, banquet, and Food & Beverage operations
- Plan and execute menus, including specials and seasonal offerings
- Manage food and beverage costs, inventory, purchasing, and vendor relationships
- Supervise and train staff; manage scheduling and labor costs
- Ensure timely food production and service standards
- Maintain portion control, quality, and presentation standards
- Develop beverage programs including pricing and inventory
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and profitability
- Enforce sanitation, food safety, and alcohol service standards
- Ensure compliance with all regulations
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in culinary and Food & Beverage operations
- Strong leadership and operational management skills
- Required Certifications
- ServSafe Manager Certification
- Arizona Title 4 Alcohol Certification
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Sufficient education and/or literacy needed to identify and read product labels and to communicate with guests about job-related needs.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
