This is a full-time, on-site role located in Des Moines, IA, for an Irrigation Technician. The Irrigation Technician will be responsible for designing, installing, maintaining, and repairing irrigation systems to ensure optimal performance and water efficiency. Responsibilities include inspecting irrigation systems, troubleshooting and addressing issues, maintaining landscape health, and communicating effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction. The role may also involve supervising team activities and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Strong skills in Irrigation system installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
- Proficiency in Landscape Maintenance and ensuring optimal plant care
- Effective Communication skills to interact with team members and clients
- Experience with Supervisory Skills and leading small teams
- Problem-solving abilities, including technical Troubleshooting of irrigation systems
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in landscaping and irrigation
- Previous experience in similar roles is preferred
