What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of counter staff, warehouse associates, and drivers.
- Drive store performance by setting goals, tracking KPIs, and holding team members accountable.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience—both in-store and through on-time, accurate deliveries.
- Oversee all aspects of branch operations including inventory control, warehouse flow, staffing, financials, and compliance.
- Ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations while managing safety, scheduling, and training.
- Collaborate with sales teams to support growth strategies and customer satisfaction.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership experience in a retail, wholesale, or operations management setting (3 years required).
- Strong people management and coaching skills—you know how to build a great team.
- Operational savvy with a clear understanding of inventory, sales, and service metrics.
- A problem-solver who’s cool under pressure and driven to find solutions.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- HVACR industry experience required (3 years)
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; a college degree is preferred.
