As a key player in our sales team, you will have the opportunity to make a direct impact on the company’s success while delivering tailored HVAC solutions to our clients.Key Responsibilities:· Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and target potential customers through various channels, including referrals, networking, and cold calling.· Sales Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and present detailed proposals, including pricing, timelines, and scope of work, ensuring they meet the specific needs and budgets of clients.· Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction with our services and solutions. Leverage relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.· Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with the latest HVAC technologies, products, and services to provide customers with the best possible solutions. Educate clients on the benefits of various systems and upgrades.· Sales Reporting & Metrics: Track and report on sales activities, including leads, opportunities, and closures. Use CRM software to manage contacts, monitor pipeline progress, and follow up on outstanding opportunities.· Collaboration with Operations Team: Work closely with the operations and service teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution. Coordinate with technicians to schedule installations and ensure timely project completion.· Customer Follow-Up & Support: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any concerns and ensuring that client needs are met promptly. Follow up with clients post-installation to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future service.Qualifications:· Experience: Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.· Sales Skills: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong ability to close deals and build lasting relationships with clients.· Customer Service Focus: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and vendors.· Education: Associate's degree required; further education or certifications in sales, business, or HVAC-related fields is a plus.
