We're looking for an experienced HVAC Dispatcher to join our growing team. Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay
- $17.00 – $23.00 per hour
- Based on experience
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the daily dispatch board using ServiceTitan.
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on skill set, location, and call priority.
- Optimize routes to minimize windshield time and maximize productivity.
- Prioritize emergency and no-cooling calls while maintaining the daily schedule.
- Monitor technician progress throughout the day and adjust schedules as needed.
- Schedule return visits, warranty work, and parts installations.
- Communicate with customers regarding arrival windows and schedule updates.
- Coordinate with technicians and management to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
- Maintain a smooth workflow while balancing customer satisfaction and technician productivity.
Requirements
- Previous HVAC dispatching experience is required.
- ServiceTitan experience is REQUIRED.
- Strong understanding of HVAC service operations and dispatching.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
