What You'll Do
- Be the friendly voice customers hear when they call.
- Schedule service and maintenance appointments.
- Help coordinate technician schedules throughout the day.
- Keep customer accounts organized and up to date in ServiceTitan.
- Review job notes, data entry, and technician directives to make sure every job is clear and complete.
- Follow up with customers and keep communication flowing.
- Work closely with our technicians to help them have everything they need before they arrive at a job.
- Balance multiple priorities while staying positive, organized, and detail-oriented.
- Assist with general office and administrative tasks that keep the day running smoothly.
