Overview
We are seeking an experienced Plumbing Foreman – Service to lead and support our service operations across commercial and multi-site properties. This is a hands-on leadership role for a seasoned service plumber who can diagnose complex issues, manage technicians in the field, and act as a point of contact between dispatch, clients, and management.
This position is service-focused — not new construction or large install crews.
Responsibilities
- Lead and support plumbing service technicians in the field
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex plumbing service issues
- Oversee daily service calls, job progress, and quality control
- Coordinate with dispatch to prioritize emergencies and callbacks
- Serve as a technical escalation point for junior technicians
- Communicate professionally with property managers, facilities teams, and clients
- Ensure work complies with local codes and company standards
- Assist with training, mentoring, and performance guidance of technicians
- Complete service documentation, reports, and close-outs accurately
Requirements
- 7 years of plumbing service experience (commercial preferred)
- Prior foreman, lead plumber, or senior service tech experience strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to manage people, time, and multiple service calls
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Knowledge of code compliance and service best practices

Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
