Client Success Manager
We are looking for:
Experience:
- Minimum one year of experience working in the digital marketing space
Client Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored marketing strategies to achieve their goals.
- Conduct monthly client strategy calls to review campaign performance, discuss goals, and provide recommendations.
- Respond to client communications within 30 minutes whenever possible.
- Proactively address client concerns and provide exceptional customer service.
- Foster open communication and maintain regular contact with clients to ensure satisfaction.
Marketing Strategy Development and Execution:
- Develop comprehensive marketing plans aligned with client goals, including budget, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
- Oversee and maintain KPIs for all marketing channels
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Monitor SEO performance, coordinating with the internal team to implement SEO strategies that align with client goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative marketing approaches.
- Leverage tool such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, BrightLocal, Search Atlas, etc. to evaluate and improve performance of marketing campaigns.
Revenue Generation:
- Drive revenue growth by upselling and cross-selling additional services to existing clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and actively seek referrals to expand the client base.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize data analysis tools to track campaign performance, identify trends, and measure ROI.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing campaign results and provide actionable insights to clients.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.
Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Compensation:
- $45,000-$70,000 depending on experience
