Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated HVAC Installation Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate is eager to learn the trade, has mechanical aptitude, and is ready to gain hands-on experience in installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This position is part of a registered apprenticeship program, providing both on-the-job training and classroom instruction, leading to a Department of Labor (DOL) Apprenticeship Completion Card.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead installers with installing HVAC systems, including ductwork, furnaces, air conditioners, and ventilation components.
- Help set up job sites, unload materials, and organize tools and equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and installation manuals for proper system setup.
- Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and safety standards.
- Follow all company and OSHA safety procedures.
- Participate in on-the-job training and classroom instruction as part of the registered apprenticeship program.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA 10 certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Strong mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work in tight spaces or varying weather conditions.
- Good attitude, punctuality, and teamwork skills.
- No prior HVAC experience necessary — training provided.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
