What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Shop Facilitator / Driver position at HVAC Contractor?
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Warehouse Shop Facilitator / Driver to coordinate our daily shop and warehouse floor operations and able drive (if needed). Must have clean license.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
- Coordinate Daily Floor Activity: Supervise tasks including inventory receipt, order picking, packing, and shipment dispatch. Must be able to drive a forklift.
- Support the Team: Facilitate clear communication between supervisors, managers, and floor personnel.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy objects and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to navigate diverse team dynamics.
- Equipment Knowledge: Basic understanding of standard material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, order pickers) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in warehouse operations, shop coordination,
