HVAC & Appliance Repair Guys is a fast-growing HVAC & Appliance Repair company serving the Portland Metro Area. We are looking for a strong Sales Manager / Director of Sales with real, proven field experience in residential HVAC sales.

You Are Our Ideal Candidate If You:
- Have a proven history of selling $2M per year in HVAC sales
- Consistently maintain a close rate above 25%
- Know how to close deals directly inside the customer’s home
- Know how to generate leads through door-to-door and self-generated prospecting
- Can train and develop a sales team
- Know how to build systems and processes
- Bring positive energy and solutions, not excuses
- Are capable of building and scaling a powerful HVAC sales department
- Fully understand that customers need multiple buying options — ideally at least 7 offers/presentations
