Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly energetic and enthusiastic person to be a part of our Weddings & Events team
focused on servicing and providing dedicated attention to our Weddings, Wedding Couples & Event clients.
You will also be responsible for answering inbound calls, making appointments, and coordinating with the clients and vendors.
Must be available weekends, especially during prime Wedding Season & be available throughout the entire event.
Required Qualifications
- Must have excellent customer service skills, strong communication, ability to multitask, and be courteous to the wedding couple, families, and guests attending events.
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Be friendly, smile, be personable and have a positive attitude during all events.
- Provide personalized service and excellent hospitality to the wedding couple, families, and guests attending the event.
- Remain calm under pressure and make decisions with maturity and sound judgment.
- Must have reliable transportation and be local to the Hudson Valley, NY area (within 10-15 miles).
- Prior experience in event sales/event planning or comparable experience is required. (Please, do not applyif you do not have prior experience.)
