**We are seeking EMTs who are available to travel to our location near Glen Ullin, ND. This position requires 100% travel.**

You adapt quickly, communicate clearly, and take pride in being someone others can count on—whether you're working with a new team or responding solo in the field. You’re steady under pressure, respectful with patients, and know that good care isn’t just about skill—it’s about presence. You’re not afraid of travel, long shifts, or a little rain, and you’re comfortable navigating rural routes as easily as busy event sites. If you've worked in small towns or covered wide territories before, you'll feel right at home here.


Responsibilities
  • Administer emergency medical care, including respiratory, trauma, and cardiac interventions, and conduct patient assessments (ex: drug screenings, BATs).
  • Perform record-keeping, filing, and data entry as required, excluding treatment-related records.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized environment, adhering to safety protocols and standards.
  • Provide information on medical treatments and procedures, promoting a culture of health and safety.
  • Measure vital signs and collect specimens
  • Document all patient interactions and care provided.
  • Monitor worker health and manage preventative care on-site.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and emergency response procedures.
  • Maintain readiness for on-site incidents.



Requirements

Requirements
  • Must be able to work 50-60 hours per week.
  • Must be able to work consecutive 5-6 12 hour shifts
  • Must be able to work 8 week/1 week rotation – work 8 weeks and rotate home for 1 week
  • Ability to regularly push, pull, and/or lift up to 50 lbs throughout the work shift.
  • Ability to climb without difficulty.
  • Ability to frequently stand, walk, handle or feel objects, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in small spaces.
  • Ability to talk, hear, and taste/smell while performing job duties.
  • Must have a favorable driving record for the past 5 years.
  • Must pass detailed Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
  • Ability to work independently in remote or isolated locations.
  • Must have strong team collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific safety procedures (ex: construction).
Skills and Experience
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making in high-pressure situations.
    Skilled in administering emergency care (CPR, trauma management, etc.).
  • Knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, local/state regulations).
  • Proficient in medical record-keeping and reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills for interacting with workers and management.
  • Physical stamina to lift, assist, and manage patients.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under stress.
  • Experience as an Basic Life Support (BLS) provider

Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate or equivalent
  • Valid and active Driver's License
  • NREMT-B License Required
  • ND EMT License preferred
