Technology Project Administrator
Compensation: $49,000 – 61,000/yr tri-annual performance-based bonuses!
Location: In-Office Position in Minneapolis, KS
Leverage your excellent administration skills to support rapid development of new software and automation for a leading Technology innovator among industrial fastener distributors. The Technology Project Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the successful execution of various technology projects within our organization. You will work closely with cross-functional managers, our technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of technology projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely completion.
- Assist with resource allocation, scheduling, and task assignments.
- Manage project risks and issues, escalating them to project managers when necessary.
- Support the development and maintenance of project management tools and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, report generation, and file management.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- College degree in business, project management or management information systems, or a related field is desired.
- Experience in project administration or project management, preferably in a technology environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Kanbanize, ClickUp, smartsheet) is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of technology concepts and terminology.
