American manufacturing will always be a pillar of our brand, and we proudly transform all our suppressors in Millcreek, Utah. Our team of enthusiastic and knowledgeable professionals is looking for a Compliance Specialist to become an integral part of our operations. 

Position Overview

HUXWRX Safety Co. is seeking a skilled Cinematographer to lead visual production across product launches, training environments, trade events, and executive storytelling initiatives. This role translates technical innovation and performance-driven engineering into compelling visual narratives. The ideal candidate combines strong creative instinct with operational discipline and delivers high-quality assets on deadline while maintaining organized media systems and structured workflows.

This role requires equal proficiency in cinematic video production and professional still photography. Travel is required. Work environments include trade shows, live-fire range settings, manufacturing facilities, and partner activations.

Key Responsibilities

Visual Production & Direction

  • -Lead pre-production planning including shot lists, equipment preparation, lighting setup, and creative alignment with campaign objectives.
  • - Capture high-quality cinematic footage in studio, field, and live event environments.
  • - Direct on-camera talent including executives, partners, and subject matter experts.
  • - Execute professional lighting, composition, camera movement, and sound capture consistent with commercial brand standards.
  • - Adapt quickly to changing environments while maintaining production quality.

Post-Production & Editing

  • - Edit short-form and long-form video content for digital, social, and campaign use.
  • - Perform color correction, audio balancing, and finishing to professional standards.
  • - Deliver assets within established timelines aligned with product launches and marketing calendars.
  • - Produce multiple format outputs (16:9, 9:16, 1:1) to support platform requirements.

Campaign Integration

  • - Collaborate with internal teams to align visual storytelling with campaign strategy.
  • - Support product launches with timely content delivery.
  • - Contribute to narrative development for brand, product, and educational content.
  • - Provide creative input that strengthens overall brand presence.

Cross-Unit Creative & Studio Support

  • - Provide visual production support across multiple business units including eCommerce, sales, product development, and customer experience.
  • - Capture professional product photography and supporting visual assets for digital commerce platforms, product listings, dealer materials, training documentation, and internal communications.
  • - Lead studio setup and lighting configuration for product shoots, ensuring consistency in composition, color accuracy, and visual standards.
  • - Maintain in-house studio equipment, lighting systems, backdrops, and shooting environments.
  • - Deliver imagery aligned with inventory updates, new product launches, and promotional initiatives.
  • - Ensure visual consistency across website, product pages, launch materials, and campaign assets.

Media Asset Management & Workflow Discipline

  • - Maintain structured file naming conventions, tagging systems, and digital storage architecture.
  • - Ensure media assets are archived and accessible for future campaigns.
  • - Fulfill internal asset requests in a timely and organized manner.
  • - Support social media and event coverage with rapid-turn edits when required.

Event & Field Support

  • - Travel includes trade shows, industry events, and partner activations.
  • - Capture live event content under compressed timelines.
  • - Deliver post-event recap assets within agreed-upon timeframes.

Required Qualifications

  • - Professional cinematography and video production experience.
  • - Strong portfolio demonstrating commercial-quality work.
  • - Proficiency with professional camera systems, lighting equipment, and audio capture.
  • - Advanced editing capability in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or comparable platforms.
  • - Demonstrated professional experience in both video production and still photography, including product and studio-based photography.
  • - Experience working in fast-paced production environments.
  • - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • - Willingness and ability to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • - Experience working with performance-driven, technical, or industrial brands.
  • - Familiarity with outdoor or high-activity shooting environments.
  • - Understanding of content optimization for social platforms.
  • - Experience supporting product launch campaigns.
  • - Experience within shooting sports, hunting, or adjacent outdoor industries preferred.
