We are seeking a Senior Manager of Platform Engineering to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our cloud‑native platform. In this role, you'll act as a strategic product owner, drive platform adoption, and lead a high‑performing team focused on reliability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
What You'll Do
- Own and deliver the platform roadmap; prioritize features that drive developer velocity and organizational impact
- Partner with engineering, security, operations, compliance, and architecture teams
- Integrate AI‑enabled automation into CI/CD workflows, incident management, capacity planning, and cost optimization
- Lead and mentor a team of platform engineers, fostering autonomy, accountability, and technical excellence
Who You Are
- 4 years in engineering leadership (DevOps, SRE, Platform, or Systems) -- preferably with global teams
- Deep expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, ArgoCD, and cloud-native ecosystems
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
- AI‑forward mindset with enthusiasm for leveraging modern tooling to enhance engineering productivity
