Position: Lead IT Support Engineer
Location: Boston, MA (Seaport)
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year
We are looking to secure a Lead IT Support Engineer with strong experience in business applications such as Okta, Intune, JAMF and M365.
The company is an internationally recognized SaaS, with a current ARR of $100 million, and has a trajectory for hyper-growth.
In this role you will be the right-hand Engineer to the Director of IT. You’ll be an escalation point for the helpdesk as well as assist with ongoing, key business IT projects

It is essential that you have experience with:
Technical Skills:
- Okta
- MDM – Intune / JAMF / Akanji (at least one of)
- M365 – Administration
- Bespoke SaaS Applications
