Huxley Medical is a rapidly growing medical device company focused on improving the diagnosis of sleep apnea through innovative technology. We are seeking a Fulfillment Operations Associate to join our Operations team and support device processing and order fulfillment.
This is a hands-on, onsite role based near downtown Atlanta in the Georgia Tech area. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This position is an office position rather than a warehouse position. Basic computer skills are required to enter device information into Salesforce and ERP. This role is best suited for personnel with Salesforce/Order Fulfillment experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Test and process medical devices to ensure functionality and quality
- Offload and manage device data accurately
- Clean and prepare devices for reuse
- Pack and ship customer orders efficiently
- Assemble packaging and shipping materials
- Maintain an organized and compliant workspace
Requirements:
- Highschool diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Dependability and ability to follow procedures
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
- Prior experience in order fulfillment or medical devices is a plus (but not required)
- Comfortable handling medical devices (training provided)
- Basic computer skills
