Huxdotter Coffee is looking for energetic, hardworking, and dependable baristas to join our team.
We are a fast-paced coffee company that values exceptional customer service, consistency, teamwork, and a strong work ethic. We are looking for people who enjoy staying busy, take pride in their work, and bring a positive attitude to every shift.
Previous barista or high-volume customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Prepare drinks according to Huxdotter recipes and quality standards
- Take orders and process payments accurately
- Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized workspace
- Complete opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking responsibilities
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Assist wherever needed to keep the shop running efficiently
Requirements
- Weekend availability is required
- Reliable and punctual attendance
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical responsibilities of the position
- Current Washington Food Worker Card required upon employment
Compensation & Benefits
Base Pay: $17.13 per hour, plus tips (typically over $20/hr additional)
