Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings using hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Conduct drain cleaning using specialized drain cleaning equipment and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues accurately
- Interpret technical drawings, schematics, blueprints, and construction plans to guide installation and repair work
- Operate company vehicles safely while adhering to all traffic laws and company policies for commercial driving
- Perform pipe threading, assembly, remodeling, and heavy lifting tasks required for complex plumbing projects
- Inspect water systems, HVAC components related to plumbing, and ensure compliance with local building codes through thorough inspections
- Utilize mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues efficiently and perform routine maintenance on plumbing systems
Qualifications
- Proven construction site experience with a strong background in construction plumbing and remodeling projects
- Skilled in welding, pipe threading, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and schematic diagrams
- Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras, water systems, HVAC integration, and schematics reading
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, heavy machinery, and company vehicles safely and effectively
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations related to residential and commercial plumbing installations
- Strong mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements and calculations in project planning
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
- Handyman experience or carpentry skills are a plus for versatile project support
