Key Responsibilities

• **Site Management:**Oversee all on-site construction activities to
  
  

ensure adherence to project schedules, specifications, and safety

protocols.

• **Team Leadership:**Partner with project managers, subcontractors,
  
  

suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and

communication.

• **Stakeholder Management:**Manage relationships with key
  
  

stakeholders, including owners. Adapt communication to the

stakeholders needs, providing consistent and accurate updates on

project scope and timeline.

• **Quality Control:**Ensure all work is performed to the highest
  
  

standards of quality and in compliance with project plans,

specifications, and local building codes.

• **Safety Management:**Implement and enforce safety policies and
  
  

procedures, conducting regular safety meetings and inspections to

maintain a safe work environment.

• **Scheduling:**Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting as
  
  

necessary to accommodate changes and unforeseen challenges.

• **Budget Management:**Monitor project costs, ensure work is
  
  

performed within budget constraints and identify potential

cost-saving opportunities.

• **Documentation:**Maintain accurate records of daily activities,
  
  

progress reports, inspections, and other relevant documentation.

• **Problem Solving:**Address and resolve any issues or conflicts that
  
  

arise on the job site promptly and effectively.
