- **Oversee On-Site Operations:**Manage daily construction activities

- **ICRA & ILSM Compliance:**Ensure ICRA and ILSM compliance by

Required Education And Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 7 years of experience working as a Superintendent in the

- Proven leadership experience on medical projects (clinics, hospital
diagnostic/imaging centers, etc.)
Required Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- Knowledge of and ability to follow OSHA protocols, as well as the
- Commercial construction experience, preferably with ground-up builds
- Ability to work on existing facilities (Hospital remodels while in
- Knowledge of building codes, design, site control, inspection
- Proficiency with technology including tablets, email, and
- OSHA 30 certification required or must be obtained within a set time
- ASHE ICRA 2.0 Certification required or must be obtained within a
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Possess a valid unrestricted Drivers License.
