Banquet Captain Overview:
A Banquet Captain is a working position within the Banquet department. As a captain you will be responsible for supervising banquet staff as well as maintaining meeting/functions rooms and ensuring that banquet operations run smoothly and prioritizing the comfort and safety of our guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting managers with schedules and training of staff.
- Overseeing the preparation and the end of the banquet event.
- Maintaining and ordering inventory
- Ability to read and understand the Banquet Event Order.
- Support other staff members.
- Respond to the guest in a professional and timely manner.
- Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
- Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:

- Supervising experience is preferred but not necessary.

- Ability to follow instructions.
