Cashier and Customer Service

Overview
We are seeking honest, dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Associates / Cashiers to join our team. Cashiers role is essential in providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring smooth operations at the cash register. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Cashiers operate the cash register efficiently, processing customer transactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and addressing their needs.
• Assist with food handling and preparation in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
• Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless workflow during peak hours.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines within the restaurant environment.

Experience

• Previous experience 2 years required
• Able to multitask
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and handling procedures is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
