Job Description
The Estimator will be responsible for supporting bidding efforts on commercial construction projects ranging from $100,000 to $30 million.
Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and detailed estimates, including quantity takeoffs and pricing for self-performed work
- Review project plans and specifications to develop scopes of work, including material, labor, and equipment costs
- Coordinate with project teams and subcontractors to finalize scope, budget, and schedule
- Develop and maintain final construction documents and budgets
- Participate in pre-bid meetings, site visits, and post-bid interviews
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to clarify plans and resolve design questions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field
- Must have at least 10 years of estimating experience in commercial construction
Pay: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
