DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct mold changes as scheduled, safely and efficiently.
• Follow all Lock Out/Tag Out procedures during changeover.
• Verify proper set ups of machine for operation and safety.
• Operate hand tools required to conduct mold changes
• Operate mold cleaning equipment including the sand blaster and ice blaster
• Perform minor mold repair as needed.
• Responsible for completing Mold Set up Sheets and Visual Scheduling Board in a timely manner
• Keep area clean and orderly including aisles and equipment area
• Follow all safety requirements including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment.
• Operate the Fork Truck in a safe manner
• Communicate with shift supervisor as to condition of mold and readiness for operation.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and/or Tooling and Production.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
