Qualification Requirements
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility to participate in various activities and tasks based upon the needs of the department.
- Demonstrated track record of dependability and reliability.
- Ability to comprehend and train to documents such as work instructions, safety rules, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
- Ability to detect and correct process problems.
- Working knowledge of desktop computers (Microsoft Work, Excel, Powerpoint, and Outlook); ability to accurately record production data both in manual form as well as in a computer database (Oracle).
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain proper safety, quality, and inspection standards.
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written
- Exhibit a high degree of responsibility with an emphasis on safety.
- Ability to work independently and cooperatively.
