Administrative Assistant - Horizons - FT Days
Essential Responsibilities:

- Complete a variety of administrative duties for the executive team including: managing calendar for appointment booking; scheduling travel plans; preparing specific reports.
- Make appointments, arrange for meetings, prepare agendas, reserve and prepares rooms/facilities, coordinate travel schedules and reservations, and record meeting minutes.
- Answer and screen calls, arrange conference calls and webinars, prepare memos, emails, and letters as requested.
- Assist in event planning and implementation, ensuring appropriate support is in place. Participate in on-site event support as needed.
- Assist leaders in the organization/entity as directed
- Organize and maintain file system, filing correspondence and other records.
- Assist with expense reports and check requests as needed.
- Act in accordance with the established mission, vision, and values.
- Abide by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability privacy and security regulations regarding all aspects of Protected Health Information (PHI).
- Maintain effective communication and professional working relationships with patients/clients and their representatives, team members, contractors, physicians, peers, outside agencies, and the public.

Minimum Qualifications:

- High School diploma
- Three years' experience in general office or secretarial work.

- Some college or business school administrative assistant courses.
- Previous work as an Administrative Assistant.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Self-starter.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Professional level of oral and written communication skills.
- High level of accuracy in all tasks.
- Strong keyboarding skills, filing, data processing and general office work.
- Proficient with MS Office (Power Point, Excel & Word)
