Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Event Specialist. The Event Specialist will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to event planning, marketing, and sales. They will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure successful event execution.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- 3 Years minimum experience in event and conference planning for events > 200 attendees
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Knowledge of event management software or event registration software is a plus
- Experience with audiovisual equipment is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field
