We are conducting a confidential search for a General Manager to lead a high-profile, high-volume hospitality destination undergoing an exciting new chapter of growth and evolution. The General Manager will serve as the operational and cultural leader of the business, responsible for elevating day-to-day operations, strengthening partner/vendor relationships, restoring and reinforcing hospitality standards, and driving financial performance. This is a highly visible leadership role requiring someone who can inspire teams, build trust during transition, and create a best-in-class guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all day-to-day operations across a complex, multi-faceted hospitality venue
- Champion a hospitality-first culture and ensure a consistently elevated guest experience
- Maintain a strong floor presence and lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume setting
- Oversee operating standards, policies, procedures, and regulatory compliance
- Manage full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, labor, COGS, and expense control
- Partner closely with vendors, culinary operators, and internal stakeholders to optimize performance
- Support private events, programming, activations, and revenue-driving initiatives
- Build, coach, and develop a high-performing team of managers and front-line staff
- Monitor business performance and implement strategic operational improvements as needed
Ideal Background
- 7–10 years of hospitality leadership experience in high-volume, multi-outlet, or multi-concept environments
- Experience in food halls, lifestyle hospitality venues, large-scale restaurants, mixed-use destinations, or other complex hospitality operations strongly preferred
- Strong financial acumen with proven P&L management experience
- Ability to lead teams through transition, change, or growth periods
- Experience managing multiple revenue streams, vendors, service touchpoints, and operational priorities simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of labor planning, inventory controls, POS systems, and financial reporting
- Calm, confident, and highly visible leadership style with a hands-on approach
