Looking for an assistant with six arms, six legs and the ability to do twelve things at once. Busy, fun, high-energy chiropractic clinic is looking for a new addition to join this great team atmosphere. Applicants must be reliable and present a professional appearance. Applicants must also be able to fill the required hours for this position that are listed. Experience working in a healthcare environment is not required but beneficial. All tasks are taught and training is given for all office systems. Knowledge of musculoskeletal system is beneficial but nor required.
This position requires a friendly face and the ability to multi-task! The Front Desk / Chiropractic Assistant's responsibilities include (but are not limited to) greeting patients in the clinic, answering multi-line phones with proper etiquette, scheduling appointments, taking payments, monitoring correct documentation, follow-up phone calls, data entry, typing, filing, assisting the Doctor with patient treatment plans, in helping patients with therapy, leading patients in rehab exercises, assisting patients with therapies included in patients treatment plan, communicating patient financial responsibilities, assisting the Office Manager in helping the growth of the clinic with marketing, communicating with insurance companies, and helping to take outstanding care of our patients, and other aspects of the company that many come up.
